Protecting Public Education
Oklahoma's public schools are the foundation of our communities. Our children deserve fully funded classrooms, well-paid teachers, and the resources every student needs to succeed.
for Oklahoma House District 4
Bringing power back to everyday Oklahomans.
I'm running for Oklahoma House District 4 to bring power back to everyday Oklahomans. We need a working-class champion who will fight for basic rights: access to quality healthcare, protecting and funding public education, defending tribal sovereignty, and addressing the affordability crisis plaguing our state.
I look forward to meeting you and the many District 4 folks over the upcoming months. Together, we can bring common sense back to Oklahoma.
Get to Know MeI'm Christopher Wier, a Stigler native and proud Cherokee citizen with a heart set on making a difference in rural Oklahoma. I moved to Tahlequah in 2021 to attend Northeastern State University. Along the way, I found friends, a city I love, and a community worth fighting for.
But I don't like the state of our state. I grew up in an Oklahoma driven by kindness and generosity. I was raised to serve the community I live in and to give back when and where we can. Those values are no longer reflected in our state legislature. Too many leaders are focused on fighting culture wars instead of addressing the everyday issues facing working-class Oklahomans.
That is why I am running for Oklahoma House District 4. We deserve a dynamic champion at the Capitol who will hear our voices, address our concerns, and represent our values. We deserve a representative who is beholden to House District 4, not a party, corporate PACs, or special interest groups.
I take this race seriously and look forward to meeting District 4 folks over the upcoming months. Together, we can bring common sense back to Oklahoma.
Working families in District 4 deserve a representative who focuses on real issues, not political theater.
Oklahoma's public schools are the foundation of our communities. Our children deserve fully funded classrooms, well-paid teachers, and the resources every student needs to succeed.
Rural Oklahomans shouldn't have to drive hours for basic medical care. We must defend our rural hospitals and ensure that every family in District 4 can afford to get and stay healthy.
Oklahoma families are being squeezed by rising rent, grocery costs, and insurance premiums. It's time for leadership that delivers real relief for working people.
Oklahoma's rivers, forests, and public lands belong to all of us, not to the highest corporate bidder. I will fight to protect our environment and keep our natural resources in the hands of the people.
By electing a strong, vocal opposition to the current problems we are facing, we can begin seeing changes in everyday life.
On day one, I would join House legislators working to deliver solutions for everyday people. My constituents can expect legislation focused on the issues affecting working families across Oklahoma. We can work to bring down the cost of rent, groceries, and insurance premiums. We can build a stronger economy by increasing wages and delivering tax cuts to the working class. We can defend rural hospitals across the state. And we can fight to make sure our future is not sold at auction to the highest bidder.
Join the Fight"Our land, our state, and our future are not for sale.
And neither am I."
